Here is a link to the SEC microcap fraud page.  If you are involved in owning a microcap stock, it might be a good idea to check the SEC website occasionally to see if one of your stocks is in danger.  Of course, the American dream is to have some stocks that grow 1,000% or more, and one way to do this is through penny stocks although it is too risky for most people.
