As I occasionally do, I will talk about subjects other than the stock market.  The above article covers ten foods that can lower your blood sugar.  Blueberries, Avocados with beta-sitosterol and monounsaturated fat, chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, mangos, spices like ginger, fenugreek, coriander, and turmeric, olive oil, two eggs per day, vinegar, and cherries all made the list.  In fact, cherries supposedly can reduce insulin by 50% along with protecting against heart disease and cancer.
