This chart shows that we are once again in a "risk off" environment. Investors are running to the safety of U.S. bonds. Stocks can probably fall a lot further, especially in September and October with looming budget battles in Congress. TLT, the 20+ year treasury bond fund ETF is probably the place to be right now.
