The author's article was written when UDOW was selling for $90 per share, and the price is now back over $97 per share. The Dow had fallen below its 200 day average at the time of the low, and UDOW was really an outstanding buy then because the economy is nowhere near tanking. So, stocks will always recover in this scenario.
