As I occasionally do, I will talk about subjects other than the stock market.  The link above is for the analysis of the herb red clover at WebMD.  The herb reportedly helps with skin cancer, whooping cough, and asthma.  I have also read in at least one other source that it helped with skin cancer.  There are almost no complications with using red clover, and I believe it is worth using if you have skin problems or lung problems.  Consult with your physician, though, concerning all medical conditions.

Here is an outstanding article on why graphite demand will be rising due to electric vehicles which are being produced now by several car companies.  Now is a good time to look at graphite mining companies although you should only make a small investment first.  Also, be certain that your favorite companies already have business lined up for their graphite. 



I am watching several graphite companies myself, but I am not ready to recommend a particular one yet.  I do recommend Tesla, though.  I own stock in the company and plan to buy more.  TSLA will continue to sell many electric cars, and their battery plant will probably exceed manufacturing expectations since several car manufacturers will probably be buying batteries from Tesla.  Moreover, there will be a home electrical demand for Tesla batteries also.



On a side note, though, these alternative energy products will cause a further drop in the demand for oil.  We are already in a price war with Saudi Arabia over oil, and it will only get worse as the world gradually adopts electric vehicles.  So, we need to be making investments based on probable future demand.

This is an excellent article on big data and cybersecurity companies.  I own CYBR, and I am thinking about buying Infoblox (BLOX) which has made a new high this month.  The author did not discuss BLOX, but as far as the stock price goes, it is cheaper than all of them and growing.  



Big data will continue to grow because advertising helps companies make money through computers and smart phones.  I am on the computer a lot, and someone has figured out exactly what I like and what I might buy again on the internet.  This helps me if I want something right away, and it helps the companies which are advertising, doing the big data work, or offering the products.  So, these companies will continue to grow while the stock market trend is bullish.

This is a great article about a cyber security stock that Jim Cramer likes very much.  It is Palo Alto Networks (PANW).  They increased their revenue by 55% in the latest quarterly report.  I already own FEYE and CYBR, but I believe I will buy PANW also in the near future.



We have three unstoppable trends right now:  smart phones, cyber security, and small cameras.  I own stocks in all of these areas.  For example, I own AMBA because they make chips to go in small cameras.  Secondly, I own cyber security stocks as mentioned above.  Thirdly, I own smart phone chip companies like NXPI, AVGO, and SWKS.  We need to make money while the stock market is still climbing.

This is a very good Zacks article which explains what has been happening in the solar sector lately.  The article talks about the downfall of Hanergy and its effect on solar ETFs, TAN and KWT.  I own TAN myself along with SUNE which has been doing well over the past couple of weeks.  The solar industry should recover although it will be painful for a while.  You could visit the EIA website to be assured that solar is here to stay. 



When you are on the main EIA page, you can scroll down to the bottom, and you will see a Renewable page link.  When you arrive at the Renewable page, you will see a table there which shows how solar and wind power are both growing.  I also own the wind ETF, FAN, and it has been performing great.  So, I plan to hang on to my solar and wind investments.

Here is a great website for doing comprehensive research on various stocks.  The site is completely free, and you can even make your own portfolio for quick reference checks on your stocks.  I made a portfolio on StockStat myself so that I could do one stop research on my favorite stocks.  For example, if you look up information on Apple, you will get the current price, a chart, and numerous links to other websites with information about Apple.  I highly recommend this website for extensive due diligence on any stocks that you own.

One stock example for research at Finviz.com would be Apple.  You would find an annotated chart of Apple there along with buy/sell recommendations from institutions.  Links to news articles about Apple are also included on the page.  Finviz should be one of your favorite websites to visit often.

InsiderCow.com is one of the best websites on the internet for finding information about insider transactions for various stocks.  The link above is for the insider transactions for Apple.  One senior vice president booked millions of dollars selling Apple stock this month, but the stock still went up.  Big investors like Icahn and Einhorn are still promoting Apple.  Einhorn is particularly important because he would be selling Apple short if he thought there was a problem.  Iphones and now Iwatch are in great demand.  In fact, I bought Apple myself, and I may buy more.



If you click on the Home tab at InsiderCow.com, you can do research on other stocks as well as seeing other important information such as how well stocks did after insiders bought a certain stock.  The website also has an Institutions tab where you can look at the latest buys of institutions.  This is a great website for finding out if insiders are buying your favorite stocks.

This is a very good article about why we are at a stock market top.  The volume is low because nobody is laying down a lot of money in today's market.  Nimble traders are buying the dips and selling the highs but this would be difficult to do for the average investor.  The amount of new money coming into the market is low.  Investors are staying in with a certain amount of money because they don't want to miss out, and bonds are not paying much.  So, if the market does not fall, the gains will get slimmer and slimmer.  PFN, a Pimco stock I own, pays around 9% annually in dividends, and I doubt the market will beat it in the next six months.

Here is a very good article about why the stock market will eventually go higher.  A chief market technician cites technical analysis to come to this conclusion.  When the stock market repeatedly bumps overhead resistance without drawing back too far, stocks will most likely break through to the upside.



In addition, as I have said many times, as long as the economy is doing okay, stocks will rise.  I often check Federal Reserve information to verify the health of the economy.  The negative on the market going higher is that stocks will not go up significantly.  So, you need to pick the best stocks for a reasonable gain along with owning stable dividend stocks.  I own the healthcare ETF, XLV, and it has gained around 26% in the past 12 months.  Healthcare will also continue to go up with aging baby boomers needing more and more drugs.

This is a great article about how Vitamin B3 in the form of nicotinamide can prevent skin cancer in many people.  The test subjects only needed two 500 mg tablets of B3 daily to produce the amazing results.  The vitamin also reduced actinic keratosis which can precede skin cancer.  B3 helps repair DNA damage and boosts the immune system.  I'll be adding nicotinamide to my supplements immediately because I am already at risk for skin cancer.  So, I plan to do all I can to prevent problems from happening.

As I occasionally do, I will talk about subjects other than the stock market.  One amazing herb that everyone should take is fenugreek.  It is one of the herbs which actually tastes reasonably well also.  I get my fenugreek through liquid alcohol extracts.  The herb can easily be added to EmergenC in water or with many other drinks.



Fenugreek increases libido and decreases cholesterol and triglycerides.  It helps with upset stomach symptoms, gout, boils, and ulcers.  It lowers blood sugar which improves diabetes conditions.  Start with a low amount to assure you are not allergic to fenugreek and document any beneficial effects that it gives you.

This is a very good article about why the price of oil will stay around $60 per barrel.  We have a situation of declining demand while the supply is still rising, and this situation will exist through this year as well as 2016.  So, a lot of oil stocks and ETFs are dead money for the immediate future.  However, natural gas stocks are a different story because utilities are switching to natural gas, and we are getting ready to export natural gas.  So, I am long UGAZ (natural gas futures) and some natural gas companies.

This is a very good article about what oil prices are sustainable.  We need to know this so that we can invest properly in oil companies.  For example, the author presented a table of break-even costs in various areas of American oil production.  Eagle Ford is a lower cost area of production compared to the Bakken.  Therefore, we should be investing in Eagle Ford companies more than Bakken oil companies because $60 oil may be an average price of oil for a long time.

James Kostohyyz has written a great article about how bear markets and corrections take place.  I agree with him 100% that bear markets occur when the economy is going downhill, and you can easily see this ahead of time at various Federal Reserve websites.  One of my favorite websites is the Chicago Fed where they feature the Chicago Fed National Activity Index (CFNAI).



On my main website, www.fibonacci-stocks.com, I have a page that is devoted to Chicago Fed figures of the CFNAI for good economic times.  The table at the bottom of the page shows typical readings for a sound economy.  As long as the numbers are + or - a fraction of 1, we are okay economically.  If you ever see a whole number -1.0 or greater, though, you need to sell your stocks immediately because a recession is coming or is already here.  Currently, we are not in danger, and James also agrees that we are nowhere near a bear market.



A stock market correction, however, is a very real possibility as James discussed extensively in his article.  The author presented some charts that showed convincing evidence that the bull market is running out of steam.  We will eventually have a big correction, and then the bull market will resume after the sell-off until we get into economic trouble.  The question is whether or not you want to ride out the correction.  In my opinion, the best thing to do is raise some cash now and buy bargain stocks later after the decline.

This is an excellent article about why you should buy Tesla now while the company is relatively cheap.  The new battery packs that will be produced by Tesla already have more reservations than the new battery plant can supply.  Of course, everyone knows that Tesla has a sky high valuation, but so does Amazon.  Yet, both companies have grown their stock prices this year by more than 20% in the past 12 months, and they have handily beaten the S&P 500.  We need to make money while we can because a person only has a finite amount of time to build wealth, and if you lose the time, there is no way you will reach your investments goals.

This is a great website for buying cherry juice.  I just drank one of their plain tart cherry bottles a little while ago, and it was great.  The bottle reportedly had 50 cherries pressed into 8 ounces, and another page on the website talked about how it can relieve back pain.  One of the other products discussed on the website is a body building variation where 45 cherries are pressed into the bottle along with 8 grams of whey protein.  I ordered four bottles today, and I hope it tastes as good as the original tart cherry bottle.  Anyway, I am very certain that cherry juice will be more beneficial to me than sodas even though I'll still drink a Coke or Pepsi each day, too.
