NuStar - Company
Here is a link to a great company to own in a diversified portfolio. NuStar Energy is a limited partnership dealing with pipelines and storage facilities for crude oil, refined products, and specialty products. The company has grown several times over since 2001. You will most likely get a capital gain each year in NuStar along with a 6% dividend. I plan to buy NS myself in the near future.
