This is a great article about why Warren Buffett is an excellent market timer even though he denies knowing what the stock market will do. Whenever Buffett has raised a lot of cash, it is because he cannot find any bargains, and he is protecting the assets that he has. The article talks about Warren's current large cash position and how he tacitly called market tops in the past by holding a lot of cash. I believe we are due for a pullback soon.
