Yields Approaching 10% From Bargain Priced Income CEFs: Another Look - Seeking Alpha

Here is an excellent article about six closed-end funds.  I own the Western Asset High Income Fund (HIX), and it is paying almost 10% annually in monthly installments.  Like the author, I favor the Helios Funds HAV and HHY also.  They both pay more than 9% annually in monthly installments, and the dividends appear to be safe.
