This is an excellent article about dividend paying energy CEFs that are worth buying during the energy downturn. I especially like IRR, TTP, and FIF for the great dividends that are being paid. We can make money while we wait for the energy sector to recover. The general market is also in a downturn now that may continue. Even if the Dow recovers, it will probably be locked in a narrow trading range for the next few months.
